Meet the Artists - Waldemar Guijarro Bedoya
Waldemar has an amazing depth of experience, having graduated with highest rankings from the top schools in Cuba, but in a wide range of areas:
- Afro-Cuban—Conjunto Folclorico Nacional
- Ballet—Ballet Nacional
- Cabaret—Tropicana
- Contemporary—Ballet de TV Cubana
He has also ended up working at each of these acclaimed companies as a dancer, a soloist, an instructor or a choreographer (or in most cases, all of the above).
He has toured extensively overseas with a variety of companies, and was choreographer and soloist for the first company of the world-wide phenomenon “Havana Nights”.
