Day & Time: Tuesdays 9:30-10:30 pm OR Sundays, 8:00-9:00

Class Description: Have you always wanted to do a split or touch your toes? Do you want to strengthen your arms or tighten your abs without "bulking up" or needing specialized gym equipment? Here's your chance to achieve your desired fitness level! Set your own fitness goals and we'll help you with a stretching and exercise plan that will empower you to succeed. Join our fun group class, and you will increase your flexibility and improve your form quickly and safely, using special techniques from gymnastics, dance, and sports science!
Please wear: sneakers and several layers of athletic attire
Please bring: A list of your goals, water and a yoga mat, quilt, blanket, towel as needed.
