Nairovis was born in Santiago de Cuba and began dancing in community-led programs when she was six years old. From 2009 to 2012 she worked at the Compañia de Espectaculos Musicales Salsa, Sabor y Ritmo, performing in various centers. In 2012 Nairovis earned certification at the third level of musical theatre.

Nairovis had the opportunity to tour France and Italy from 2014 to 2015, working as a performer and an animator. The following year she worked as an instructor for the personnel at the German consulate in Cuba. From 2016 to 2019 Nairovis worked at various events and festivals in Cuba, and in 2019 she had the opportunity to travel again, this time venturing to Germany and Mallorca to give workshops on Salsa and the popular dance styles of Cuba (“Populares”). Nairovis loves playing with the fusion of dance styles and adores her profession as a dancer, saying she does it “from the heart.”
