About the event

Join us for our for the #MMHouse Workout, a special workshop dedicated to full-body fitness and flexibility training.  Our #MMHouse workouts focus on full-body fitness & flexibility, and provide an enthusiastic team environment to help you achieve your goals! During our 90 minutes together, we will teach you new skills that build coordination, extension and technique, and are adaptable for your specific needs. In addition to leading you through this inspiring workout, we will also provide you with things that you can practice at home for even faster results. We will start by warming up, stretching our muscles and loosening our joints. Next we will lead you through a series of exercises that will lift your heart rate, and make you sweat, while engaging each muscle in your body. The full-body concept will help you increase your strength in multiple areas simultaneously--especially in the essential but under-developed stabilizer muscles-- helping you achieve results you never had imagined possible.

We will divide into small groups depending on your fitness level and goals:

1. Intro — for those just getting started and want to train with a supportive coach, at an easier pace

2. Progressive — for those who are already active, but want to learn how to master our exercises through step-by-step instruction

3. Experienced — for those who are looking for an intense fitness experience and to prepare for acrobatics and other high-level athletic or dance performance

NOTE: This is an IN-PERSON class in JAMAICA PLAIN, MA.  For this reason, space is limited to ensure proper social distancing.  

With a donation of $10 or more, you may reserve your spot in the workshop.  You can also reserve your spot for the entire series when you donate to the Fall Fitness Pass ($50) and received one session free. All proceeds will support artists in Cuba & the Dominican Republic during this challenging time, and will help them be able to earn income through virtual work.

Spaces are on a first-come, first-serve basis.  If we reach the maximum class size, you will be notified and added to a waiting list.  You will be notified 24 hours in advance if there are any cancellations/openings.  Otherwise, we will notify you for the next session.
