Cuban Folklore Technique explores movement patterns, footwork, body isolations, posture, timing and how the movement interacts with Cuban Folklore music. Cuban Modern Technique blends Modern Dance with Cuban folkloric & traditional dance genres like Orishas, Congo, Rumba, and Flamenco. It remains a core part of dance education across styles in Cuba today, often known simply as “La Clase Técnica" or "Danza". With structured exercises and expressive movement, these technique classes build strength, flexibility, and artistry—while honoring Cuba’s cultural roots. These classes are open to all levels, are accompanied by live instrumentation and will be taught by Anara & Javier!
