Cuban Modern Technique offers comprehensive training to improve posture and presentation, enhance fluid and organic movement, and build dynamic strength and flexibility. In Cuba today it is considered essential for dancers of all styles and levels, and serves as the base of training for their dance companies and schools. In fact, it's so widely used that it is simply referred to as 'Clase Tecnica' or 'Technique Class.'

Anara Frank of MetaMovements is excited to share elements of this unique technique with dance-lovers in the Greater Boston area and she's going to Worcester thanks to the invitation from Raices Latin Dance!!

Info on all of the Raices December Sampler month classes, location and registration can be found at https://www.vagaro.com/raiceslatindance or contact Raices for assistance: 917-838-9891 or Raiceslatindance@gmail.com
