About the event
This technique helps beginner and intermediate dancers improve quickly by focusing on posture, extension, fluidity, and strength. In Cuba, it's commonly known as “Clase Tecnica” or “Technique Class.”
In these special DeCu Modern Dance Technique workshops designed by Anara & Javier, we’ll dive into key building blocks of Cuban Modern Technique, emphasizing torso undulations, arm fluidity, and core strength—key elements of the style. Participants will leave with new ideas to incorporate into any dance style and techniques to work on at home!
March 15th, 1:30pm - 3:00pm in Studio 1
March 22nd, 1:00pm-2:30pm in Studio 6
Cost:$25 per workshop
$40 for both workshops
