Lowell Salsa In The Park (Lowell SITP) is an innovative community event for all ages, backgrounds, and abilities which combines music, dance, culture, and education. This Summer, Lowell SITP Co-founders, Eddie Ocasio and Susy Ismatul in partnership with MetaMovements (creators of Salsa In The Park), will bring you this outdoor event for all to enjoy!
