About the event

Join us for our for the #MMHouse Workout, a special workshop dedicated to full-body fitness and flexibility training.  Our #MMHouse workouts focus on full-body fitness & flexibility, and provide an enthusiastic team environment to help you achieve your goals! During our 90 minutes together, we will teach you new skills that build coordination, extension and technique, and are adaptable for your specific needs. In addition to leading you through this inspiring workout, we will also provide you with things that you can practice at home for even faster results. We will start by warming up, stretching our muscles and loosening our joints. Next we will lead you through a series of exercises that will lift your heart rate, and make you sweat, while engaging each muscle in your body.
