Noeli was born in Nagua and moved to Las Terrenas at a young age. Having worked for five years at the Camelot dance school in Las Terrenas (as a dance instructor, an assistant, and an animadora), she first began working with MetaMovements in October of 2017 during the inaugural travel program. Since then she has continued her work with MetaMovements, sharing her skills as an instructor and an animadora with MM travel groups. Noeli has also proven to be an invaluable assistant for social media postings and promotion, as she brings great energy and professionalism to all of her work.
In addition to her work with MetaMovements and Camelot, Noeli has worked as an animadora in every dance club in Las Terrenas during the past seven years (including some that are now closed!). Due in no small part to her work ethic and experience, Noeli was chosen to travel to Israel to share Caribbean-style dances with BachataNation. She also had the opportunity to work as a dance instructor on a French reality t.v. series filmed in Las Terrenas (called 10 Parejas Perfectas which translates to “10 Perfect Couples”). "Noeli is super sweet! I have enjoyed dancing and learning from her both in the DR and her instructional videos. She breaks all the moves down so they are easy to understand. She shows front, back and side views which is awesome. She also explains both lead and follow. She speaks enough English to balance out learning in Spanish and English. Her passion for dance shows!"

IN HER OWN WORDS:
"During my time with MetaMovements, I’ve improved my English; I’ve also improved my dancing; I’ve met many people; I’ve improved in my dance technique; and I also have improved in regards to my teaching, how to lead a class, pedagogy; and, well, I’ve improved in many ways, thank you to MetaMovements!”
